Teaching full-time, coaching and having a family is time consuming in its self, but to go back to school it adds a whole group of other challenges. This masters program has been a tough and challenging journey. By completing this degree I feel that I have benefited, my students, and the school have all benefited. The courses that I have now taken have changed the way in which I approach my class and the way I teach my class. This program has changed the way I view all educational situations, I now think about all the different factors that go into every decision that is made in the educational setting.This program has also taught me to be involved in new approaches and research as well as be reflective towards the things that you are currently doing. My coursework has caused me to become more reflective about the way in which I teach and handle different situations. Again this program has benefited me in a great way, and will help me in all aspects of education in anything I do moving forward.
