This is where I need to thank many people for allowing me to take the time to complete this degree. First off I need to thank my family for allowing me to get this degree. I have to take time away from them to attend classes and spending time doing homework when I already spend a lot of time away from them coaching different sports. I appreciate their flexibility and support so I need to thank my wife Terri and my children Luke, Boche, and Ellie again. I also need to thank my school district Chester School District for allowing me the opportunity to do some much work for the degree with them and through them. I would also like to give a big thank you to South Dakota State University for offering a wondering program and helping me through it.
